This is my truly favorite place for the moment anyways Denzel's Asteroid build it is filled with nooks and hidden rooms and waterfalls!! I am a gadget freak,,love the funny stuff as well as animals and birds.....found this great place the laugh factory where they have a laundramat set up that you can take a spin in....after watching me lose my hair spinning around my friends Drew and Calliope slapped on skull caps and took a spin,,and yes I did get this love chest from there,,for when I need some affection,,think of it as an out of control st. bernard puppy!! Oh and sometimes I do get the I want to be a fasion model thing going,,this is in awondrful sim and also in front of a star poses background,,aint life grand? ♥♥♥ 5:01 AM        Relay for Life is a huge Second Life event with funds raised for cancer research.....it seems that each group or sim or gathering has an event to raise funds and this was the Rock and Roll Carnival where I did rock nroll and then ride every thing there............memories of childhood fun all I needed was some popcorn and cotton candy! Labels: Rock nRoll Carnival Monday, May 11, 2009 ♥♥♥ 9:20 AM      Outside of hiding from friends and family on the traditional american holiday of Mother's Day,,I did go shopping in Second Life,,and was able to for a few brief moments almost catch up with my great friend Espresso,,she is always busy,,always giving..always the best........but at the end of the day ended up as a teeny weine fae,,only to change back in size to normal and go dance in a Lamp with faery crossing friends,,ah life,,you can not pick your family you can love them though,,and the friends you pick,,why of course love them!!! Saturday, May 9, 2009 ♥♥♥ 2:57 AM    okay so its 3 A.M. and I am up with a horrid tummy ache from not to good chinese hautre cuisine,,nuasian?? yech.............BUT!!! what am I to do?? why take a few pics,,this was the cinco di maya outfit from aDiva and I did wear it to the farhaven friday freedance,,awesome job on changing that platform to reflect every new weekly theme,,Amy Winehouse hair lol-no its "doris" from Bish ware and the shoes are slinks valentine freebies so escept for the hair everything was free,,my type of outfit,,, whiloe going through my Inventory I found this gown ,Lovely isn't it?? and since it matched the shoes I did wear it..so maybe having a tummy ache at 3 A.M. isnt so bad after all? yeah right it is bad :( Thursday, May 7, 2009 ♥♥♥ 4:48 AM      Rezzed in this morning,,just to kill time before I do my real life duties,,when Evie's Closet sent a note with the magic words on it..............SALE! And what is worse a cupcake in the store,,cupcakes are the new version of lucky chairs where you take a bite and get a prize or a booby prize,,,well the store was jammed and the crowd eager to see the prizes and sale items so rezzing-that is seeing everything was almost impossible with my slow graphics card,,,but here is the pick of us,,I waited on a strawberry,,,,,,5 minutes between bites and did by gum win this lovely gown,,,,,,,,so rushing home after purchasing a few more outfits,,,,I tried on the gown and the booby prize,,a cupcake of course! But where to pose?? OH!! of course in front of THE tree--not just any oak but a wonderful Oak,,made for the rfl home and garden expo and dedicated to Cancer fighters may they all have strength,,surrounding it with flowers and placing it at the end of the sim both my neighbor Zeedee and I LOVE that tree,,and yes it is on her half of the property,,,we are both prim wasters,,but how can a prim be wasted if it is for a lovely garden and a magnificent tree such as this?? He built on the existing harpsichord, which was similar to a piano but could only be played at one volume because harpsichord keys plucked at strings. Cristofori put hammers and dampers onto the harpsichord model, and since hammers hit the strings, the volume changed according to how hard someone played the keys. It was called the gravicembalo col piano e forte,which translates as "harpsichord with soft and loud," and then pianoforte,a "soft-loud," and then just a piano,which means, literally, "soft." This Sunday May 3rd,,took a field trip with Second Life Opera to another sim to hear and see Flamenco@! It was truly amazing,,the music built a fire in you the guitarist and the dancer were fantastic as was the rest of the group.............at the end the audience all of us,,were dancing and cheering it was such a special and wonderful day in Second Life..............here is part of the group announcement........We cordially invite our members to take a field trip with us this weekend. Spring is through teasing the senses and has come to stay for a bit till summers heat pushes it aside,,,so what am I to do?? Go exploring of course...........made a belated stop at the Maseno project in Second Life,,a wonderful sim to support a reallife Kenyan orphanage......I fell in love with the animals,,and was greatful that I had missed the fashion shows..though the Sissy Pessoa Baiastice gift for May seemed to fit in nicely,,kind of needs a haka moment heh?? Oh and as for my forgetting Espresso's rez day..hope she will accept and use the elephant :-) |
